Sue Cox
Sue spent half of her life as an addict, she was an unmarried mother to 6 children, was abused by a Catholic priest and had a life that was spiralling out of control – she wasn’t expected to see her 50s.

But life had different plans for Sue and to date she has personally taught over 19,000 healthcare professionals, doctors, nurses, counsellors, drug and alcohol workers and designated prison officers in the field of addiction treatment. In 2010 she received a “Lifetime’s achievement” award and in 2014 was given the “Inspirational woman of the year” award.

She is co-author of the book ‘Auricular acupuncture and addiction’, the first scientific book about this treatment. Her second book, ‘The Hidden Super Power of the Addicted Brain’ is on its way to being another bestseller. Sue’s battle cry is for “Optimum Brain Health” and the Empowerment of each individual.
